All products have a minimum shipping cost depending on the amount and destination.
All products under €45.00 are shipped at a cost from €3.99 (in the case of a payment with refund, when available, plus a 3% refund fee with a minimum of €3.00) and in the case of the Balearic Islands from €5.99.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made by Registered Post at a cost from €7.99.
International shipping, the price will vary depending on the country/area.
Important, some countries have areas considered "Remote", these areas, according to the carriers, have an added cost due to the difficulty of transport. We try to ensure that all these areas are reflected, but it may be the case that, once the order has been placed, the system has not detected this remote area and we warn them that there is an additional cost in the shipment. At this point and before shipment, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
The rest of the shipments are made by Express Agency and are usually delivered within 24/48 hours (working days, transit time) PLUS THE TIME INDICATED BY THE PRODUCT UNDER "DESCRIPTION".
For example, two situations.
Product AVAILABLE, normally with this label is that the product is already in our warehouse and is available for immediate shipment. In this case, the order will be shipped at the next pick-up by the carrier, which can be the same day or the next day, depending on the time of the order and the volume of work.

If the product says "Delivery between X and X days", this period must be added to the logistics operator's planned 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery times are set on working days, holidays and weekends are not counted.
The deadline is not fixed or absolute, it is what is contracted with the logistics operators, we try to keep it as short as possible, but sometimes circumstances occur that are beyond our control and even the control of the logistics operator.
Centro Optico Alpedrete is not responsible if the manufacturer has any stock problem, error, manufacturing incident or similar and this delays the delivery times, which are calculated on a normal replacement and delivery commitment and statistics.
