GRUPO ÓPTICO MAYVISION does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered through the online store at and except for the products in the that a certain guarantee is expressly cited. Alpedrete Optical Center is not responsible if the manufacturer has any problem with stocks, manufacturing or similar and this delays delivery times, which are calculated based on normal statistics and delivery commitments.

MAYVISION OPTICAL GROUP guarantees all its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before that the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. If it had already been made available to the carrier, these expenses would be borne by the buyer, but not the price of the product if it had been cancelled. Those orders for personalized glasses (Custom) will not be subject to this possibility of cancellation at no cost.

MAYVISION OPTICAL GROUP, in compliance with the Retail Trade Regulation Law, will make available to its customers a period of 14 days from the delivery of the product to resolve this contract by returning the purchased product. To carry out the termination of the contract, the client must comply with the following points:

  • Communication of the termination of the contract within the period indicated from receipt of the product.
  • Communication of the resolution must be carried out through any means permitted by law. This communication must indicate the reason for the resolution as well as a bank account number for the refund of the price of the returned product.
  • Mayvision Optical Group will communicate the acceptance or not of the return.
  • The customer must return the purchased product within the indicated period (shipping and return at the customer's expense, whether return for warranty or product exchange), only accepting those returns that retain their original seal and/or packaging, as well as the same condition. in which they were delivered (used or manipulated products are not accepted).
  • In case of warranty management, Centro Optica Alpedrete undertakes to send the product to the supplier for evaluation of the failure or defect on the part of the supplier. Shipping and subsequent return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs to the supplier and return to our warehouse are on us.
  • Personalized glasses can only be returned due to manufacturing defects.
  • In the event that the client meets the previously specified requirements, GRUPO ÓPTICO MAYVISION will be obliged to terminate the contract, returning the full price of the product, by the same means that it was paid and deducting the amount of the initial shipment (6 €.00).


If the reason for the return of a product was caused by the delivery of a product other than the one requested by the Client, in that case GRUPO ÓPTICO MAYVISION would carry out the necessary actions to correct said error and deliver the correct product to the client without any additional charge. for the customer, as long as the customer had returned the wrong product in perfect condition.
