Material

The OVVO Surgical Steel & Titanium collection integrates patented technology that pushes the boundaries of design and performance. Each frame is constructed from a composite of surgical steel and military-grade titanium consisting of 70% steel and 30% titanium.
This hypoallergenic metal first discovered in spacecraft development offers remarkable durability, lightness, flexible memory, and heat resistance.

Hinge

We assemble hinges with a patented design, no screws, they have a simple, yet reliable and durable design. 
These hinges can withstand 40 kg of pulling force and are lab-tested to withstand 300,000 rotations, comparable to 205 years of use. 
All in a frame that weighs 17 grams.

Functional design

The 3D adjustable nose pads feature replaceable silicone pads. The ends of the temples, with adjustable tension, can be easily realigned for a customizable fit. 
Simply put, we obsess over every potential weakness until we eliminate them all.
