Jisco Rui in metal, with a tall lens and the GRGY colour. A discreet optical frame that takes daily wear without drawing attention.
What you will like most
There are metal railings that hold up for decades without anyone looking at them. The Rui was designed with that idea: not to draw attention and to withstand everything.
The metal here is slim, but not weak: it rests on your nose without marking it and takes daily wear without loosening.
Its lens is tall (40.8 mm) with a 140 mm front: a frame for the whole day, with just the right presence.
The Grgy code is not described: it is the mist that lifts off the harbour before sunrise.
This is not a frame for someone who wants the frame noticed. It is a frame for someone who wants their judgement noticed.

This is an optical frame, made to carry your prescription lenses. At Centro Óptico Alpedrete we have our own workshop: we fit them, adjust them to your face and the advice is given by registered optometrists.
And it is not only about the prescription: seeing well means measuring how you use your eyes — screens, driving, reading —, choosing the right treatment and material for you and checking the result with you. That is where a good optician shows, and it is what we have been doing in Alpedrete for over 20 years.
Front 140 mm · Temple 145 mm · Bridge 19 mm · Lens 56 x 40.8 mm
Rui. The one you notice least and lasts longest.
Do not buy it if you like heavy glasses. Buy it if you want to forget you are wearing it.
Does it loosen over time? No: the hinge is Jisco's own design.
Is it heavy? No: it is slim metal, made for a full day.
Can I fit my prescription lenses? Yes: we fit them in our own workshop.
Come and try it on. If you take it home, we fit your prescription lenses.
Frame only. Prescription lenses are fitted separately to your prescription.
