Oakley Teres S: a prescription frame that borrows the grip of a sports frame

The Teres S is the small-face version: same frame, same Hypergrip temple, everything scaled down for slimmer faces. The Teres S is an Oakley prescription frame for people who do not want two pairs. By day it is a normal optical frame with its slim temple and rubber tip; when you head out on the bike, for a run or on the motorbike, you swap the rear half of the temple for the wide version and the frame grips your head. Matte sand is the warmest tone and the one that works best in summer: no glare under the sun and it suits lighter skin tones.

Hypergrip: the temple you change in a second

The system is called Hypergrip. The temple is split in half: the rear part unclips and can be swapped for the other version, with no tools and no workshop visit. The customer does it whenever they want.

• Everyday setup: slim temple with a rubber tip. Discreet, comfortable, right for the office or all day long.
• Sports setup: the wide, paddle-shaped piece that spreads the pressure behind the ear and stops the frame moving with sweat. This is the grip cycling, running or motorbike riding asks for.

The frame is supplied in its everyday setup; the grip piece is what turns the same frame into a sports one.

• O_matter front, rectangular and full rim: light, impact-resistant and comfortable over long days.
• Rubber pad at the front: the inner side of the front carries a rubber zone that cushions contact and spreads the pressure on the nose.
• Base 6 curvature with a factory-fitted demo lens.
• Two sizes: size 48 (fit XXS) and size 50 (fit XXS), bridge 15 and temple 130 mm.

This is an optical frame: it always takes a prescription. It comes with a factory demo lens, and in our workshop we fit your prescription with original Oakley Rx lenses: single vision, progressive, anti-reflective, blue light filter or prescription sunglasses. We are authorised Oakley dealers and registered optometrists: we measure you and hand the frame over adjusted.

The frame is sold with its demo lens: prescription lenses are not included in the price and are quoted separately, depending on your prescription and the treatment you choose.
