Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Flak 2.0 S Lenses (OO9511-06L)

1. Are these lenses compatible with Flak 2.0 XL or XXL frames?

No. Flak 2.0 S lenses feature a specific compact bevel and curvature for the S (OO9511) frame. They do not fit Flak 2.0 XL (extended lower rim) or Flak 2.0 XXL (size 63 mm).

2. How do you replace lenses on Flak 2.0 S?

Replacement is tool-free: hold the nose bridge firmly, gently pull the top center brow of the frame upward, and push the lens out from behind. To install, slot the temporal tab first, then push the nasal edge inward until it securely snaps.

3. Are these genuine Oakley replacement lenses?

100% authentic. Centro Óptico Alpedrete has been an authorized Oakley (Luxottica) dealer for more than 20 years. All spare parts are factory-original and carry full 2-year European warranty.

4. How should I clean and maintain Iridium® and polarized coatings?

Always rinse lenses under fresh lukewarm water before wiping to remove abrasive dust and sweat salts. Never dry wipe or use household cleaners; pat dry gently with a clean optical microfiber cloth.

5. Can I get these lenses with my prescription?

Yes. As licensed sports opticians, we can equip your Flak 2.0 S with authentic Oakley True Digital prescription lenses or with custom high-wrap lenses from our optical lab.
