Despite its solid appearance, the Fuller hides an ergonomic secret. Its integrated spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward, adapting precisely to the contours of your head without pressing on the temples. Paired with air-filled nose pads (which cushion the resting point on the nose) and Unobtainium® earsocks, we get a "business profile" frame with the comfort of a running shoe.

Expert mounting for Base 6 Curve lenses

At Centro Óptico Alpedrete, we are specialists in optical geometry. A frame with a Base 6 (slightly curved) cannot be fitted with prescription lenses like a traditional flat frame. Our lab recalculates the axes and base curves of your prescription lenses to perfectly match the Fuller's chassis. This eliminates the undesirable "dizzy" effect or lateral aberration, offering you perfect panoramic clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions about Oakley Fuller

• What does Base 6 curved lens mean?

Unlike flat frames (Base 4), the Fuller has a subtle wrap-around shape. This brings the edges of the lens closer to your face, protecting your eyes from wind or lateral light, and increasing the panoramic field of vision.

• Is it suitable for progressive lenses?

Yes. In sizes 55 and 57 there is enough height for a standard progressive design. In size 53 (33mm height) we would apply an equally effective "short corridor" design.

• Are metallic glasses very heavy?

The C-5™ alloy is developed precisely to avoid this. It is much lighter than traditional metal and, supported by air-filled nose pads, the weight is almost imperceptible.

• How long does the mounting take with my prescription?

Because it requires a special calculation for the Base 6 curvature, the carving and mounting process in our laboratory takes between 5 and 7 business days.

• What guarantee do I have if I'm not convinced by the curved design?

Your purchase is 100% secure. You have 14 days to make exchanges or returns if the final aesthetics do not fit your style.

• Do you do adjustments if it's crooked?

The spring hinges will prevent it from easily coming out of adjustment, but if it ever takes a hit, come to our optical store in Alpedrete and we will do the anatomical adjustment for free.
